Online Services & Support

Online access is a great way to keep track of your accounts.  You are able to do transfers, pay bills and check balances anytime.  


Password Reset

If you have registered for online services and are locked out of your account please call 308.432.2588 or send us a message using our Contact Us form on the homepage.  All requests sent after business hours, on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Helpful Hint: If you choose the "reset my password" option on the online banking screen in the field called Member ID Number you will need to enter your member number without any suffixes or check digits.  Ex: 12345 (your member number may not always be the same as your user name)



Getting your statement online is easy, fast and FREE.  Follow these simple steps to enroll for E-Statements:


Register for E-Statements

  1. Log into your online account
  2. Navigate to the "Accounts" tab
  3. Click on the "Account Statement" link
  4. Read the E-Statement disclosure
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Submit

You are now registered to receive your statement online.  When your monthly statement is ready you will get an email.


How to view your E-Statement

  1. Log into your online account
  2. Navigate to the "Accounts" tab
  3. Click on "Account Statement" link
  4. Make sure "pop ups" are allowed
  5. Choose which statement you would like to view
